Sponsors, Companies and Organisations are invited to exhibit at the Sexual Health Conference and thus have the opportunity to make contacts and show their products/services to a target audience. The Sponsorship Prospectus is available via this link
Exhibition Details
Exhibitors will be able to exhibit during the 2008 Sexual Health Conference or may choose to exhibit during the 20th Annual ASHM Conference as well. Special rates will be available to exhibit during both conferences.
Timings will be confirmed closer to the date for all confirmed exhibitors in a comprehensive Exhibitors Manual. The preliminary timings are shown below.
Exhibition Company Set up:
Sunday 14 September 2008: 9.00am - 3.30pm
Exhibitor bump in and set up:
Sunday 14 September 2008: 4.00pm - 7.00pm or
Monday 15 September 2008: 6.30am - 8.30am (deadline)
Exhibition opening hours:
Monday 15 September 2008: 8.30am - 6.30pm
Tuesday 16 September 2008: 8.30am - 3.30pm
Wednesday 17 September 2008: 8.30am - 5.00pm

If exhibiting during the Sexual Health and ASHM Conference opening hours until 3.30pm on Friday 19 September 2008. The exhibiton trade will not be open on Saturday 20 September 2008 due to exhibitor feedback from previous years.
